According to sources from AllHipHop.com the recent leak of his forthcoming track 'Under Pressure' from the up and coming Detox album is unmastered and unfinished, and has stated that fans should wait untill it is ready and then they will hear the finished copy directly from The Doc himself.
The current leaked version is said to be just over 2 mins in length and sees the use of Kraftwerks 'Trans Euro Express' sample, but has no chorus at present and sees 2 verses from Dre and one from Jay-z.
Speaking on his Interscopes official website Dre states,
“I want to set the record straight for everybody who’s been waiting to hear my music, the song that’s on the internet is an incomplete song that I’m still working on. When it’s ready, you’ll be hearing it from me.
Back in April Dr Dre and Jimmy Iovine confirmed that the track would be the title track on the 'Detox' Album.
This isn't the first time that The Doc has suffered from such problems with leaks, after 2009 saw tracks with Nas and T.I leak onto the internet even before Dre himself had added any Vocals.
'Detox' is still due to be released this year but this appears far from concrete.
